Dear Fellow Ivylifers — join us for one of our “Third Thursdays” professional networking meetings on Zoom, held at Noon Eastern Time on the Third Thursday of each month (except holidays).

Third Thursdays are casual yet structured and focused networking meetings. Here is our typical agenda at these monthly meetings:

1. Catch Up & Welcome New IvyLife Members: 12-12:10

2. Career “Deep Dives” from 2 Featured IvyLife Members (10 minutes each): 12:10-12:30

• brief presentation about what each featured IvyLife member does professionally and how they can help others in the IvyLife community, followed by Q&A from other members — focused on practical information of general use and interest
• We will take 2 volunteers each meeting, and rotate around the community, so that eventually every IvyLife member will get the opportunity to share information about their career

3. “Asks & Shares”: 12:30-12:45

• quick 5-minute “shares” (items of general interest) or “asks” (help with a discrete project or challenge a member is currently facing)

4. Wrap-up and Next Steps: 12:45-12:50

• take suggestions for future IvyLife activities, recruitment of new members, recommendation for live events, etc.

We will cap attendance at 25 to ensure a manageable discussion, so:
